Spotlessly clean, stylish hotel with nice decor; the location is convenient in the center of the city. The staff is excellent, an absolute asset to this the place. The food is amazing!

Well-maintained hotel, I enjoyed its convenient location.

It was the best of Santa Cruz de la Palma hotels I visited before. The guest room was stylish and modern. The bed was comfy, and there was a good-sized bathroom.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the historic Santa Cruz area. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the surprise bottle of cava that was chilled and brought to our room.

The location was comfortable for Santa Cruz de la Palma, very close to a slope, a late ferry from La Gomera, and a very nice area with old charm. The room was decent sized and spotless with a hairdryer and bath sheets in the private bathroom.

I recently had a really good stay at this hotel. the location was excellent - just a short walk to the city center and the ocean. The hotel is set away from the main part of Santa Cruz, so it's quiet and peaceful. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. They really went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Thirdly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a spacious room with a nice view from the balcony. Finally, the breakfast was delicious. They offered a good selection from three set menus, and it was included in the price of the room. I was really impressed with this hotel and would definitely book it again in the future.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

The staff was extremely helpful, flexible. We had brand-new deluxe twin room with a balcony, nice decoration, for instance. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was amazing. Appreciated our perfectly pleasant stay and did not want to leave there.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was unbeatable - right in the heart of town. Everything was within walking distance, from restaurants to supermarkets. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Finally, the rooms were clean and well-appointed, with attention to detail. I especially loved the sea view from my balcony. Plus, the breakfast included homemade food, which was a nice touch.
